1. Wrist Size Selection

• Terelyn Crystals sell bracelets strictly according to wrist size. When selecting a bracelet online or purchasing from our showroom, customers are required to select their wrist size from the available options.
• It is important to accurately measure your wrist size before making a selection. Please refer to our sizing guide for instructions on how to measure your wrist.

 

2. Crystal Spacer

• To ensure the perfect fit, we may include small crystal bead spacers in some bracelets. These spacers are carefully selected by Master Terelyn to best suit the wearer.
• The addition of crystal spacers allows for slight adjustments to accommodate variations in wrist size while maintaining the aesthetic and energetic integrity of the bracelet.

 

3. No Spare Beads

• Product images or showroom pieces do not indicate the exact number of beads you will receive as we sell according to wrist size.
• Terelyn Crystals do not provide spare beads with our bracelets.

 

4. Resizing

• In the event that the bracelet does not fit, customers may bring it back to us for resizing.
• Resizing and restring services are complimentary for the lifetime of the bracelet. 
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the bracelet for resizing.
