IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE — ADMIN FEE FOR ANY REFUND ISSUED

In the rare event a refund is granted (approved by management), a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers platform fees, payment gateway charges and administrative processing costs.

1. Return and Refund Policy (Delivery)

Terelyn Crystals accepts returns only for defective or damaged items.

1.1 Returns

• If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Please provide photographic evidence to support@terelyncrystals.com or WhatsApp +65 8123 1318.
• All returns must be delivered back to us within 10 days from the date we approve your return request.
• Items returned after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

1.2 Refunds

• Terelyn Crystals does not issue refunds back to original payment mode.
• For approved cases, the refund value will be issued as store credits.
• If — and only if — management approves a refund instead of store credit:
  • 15% admin fee will be deducted automatically
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Return shipping cost will be borne by customer and deducted if required
• Store credits will be issued after inspection and verification.

Customer bears all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Return and Refund Policy (Self-Collection)

• Customers must inspect items before leaving our premises.
• Once crystals leave our office, they are deemed accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items not collected within 180 days may be recycled or disposed at our discretion.
