In addition to setting services, Terelyn Crystals also provides repair services to ensure the longevity and durability of your jewellery settings. Our experienced craftsmen meticulously assess and repair any damages to settings, restoring them to their original beauty.

 

3. Bespoke Services

• Terelyn Crystals also offers custom bespoke crystals and alternative setting services tailored to your unique preferences and specifications.

5. Acceptance Criteria

• We only accept Setting, Repair, and Bespoke services for crystals purchased from Terelyn Crystals.
• We do not accept spare beads or loose beads for earring setting.
   

6. Payment Procedure

• Full payment for crystals and gemstones must be received before they are submitted for setting.
• Payment for the setting service will be due upon completion of the work and receipt of the finished piece.

 

7. Customisation and Pricing

• For personalised pricing quotations for alternative setting options, repair services, or bespoke items, please contact us. Our team will assist you in selecting the perfect solution to meet your needs.
• Please note that pricing for our setting and repair services is subject to change without prior notice.
• Please note that all Settings, Repair, and Bespoke services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once your order is accepted and acknowledged by Terelyn Crystals.

 

8.  Liability for Crystals and Gemstones

• It is acknowledged that crystals and gemstones are natural stones, and despite our experts' best efforts to avoid damage, there is a possibility of damage occurring during the setting process.
• In the rare event that your crystal or gemstone is broken, or damaged during the setting process, you hereby agree to release SODO Crystals For Life Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, agents, and related parties from any liability or claims related to the stone.

 

9. Setting and Repair Guarantee

• You are required to inspect the quality of the setting or repair at the time of collection.
• We offer a one-month guarantee on our craftsmanship for settings and repairs, subject to the following conditions:
  • The product must not have been damaged due to negligent wear and use on your part. All products submitted for repair will be assessed by our experts. Terelyn Crystals shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from the customer's negligent wear and use.
  • You will not be entitled to a remedy if the item has been damaged through misuse or attempted repair by yourself or a third party.
