Terminology Clarification:
Regardless of mineral type or commercial naming (e.g. Jade, Malachite etc.), all items sold on this website are collectively referred to as “crystal” or “stone.”

1. Pricing and Products

At Terelyn Crystals, our pricing structure is meticulously crafted based on the quality, clarity, and spiritual attributes of our crystals. Weight or bead size does not influence our pricing.

All transactions are final, as we uphold an uncompromising standard of excellence. Our commitment to authenticity prohibits the sale of second-hand crystals. Once a crystal departs our premises, it is considered second-hand.

The price you pay includes:

• Crystal pairing by Master Terelyn to align with the respective owner.
• Initial purification process.
• Calibration by Master Terelyn to optimize the crystal's energy.
• Lifetime purification and restring service (bracelet range) is provided free by our company.

2. Natural Material Disclosure & Supplier Representation (Gem Trade Standard)

All crystals sold by Terelyn Crystals are 100% natural based on supplier documentation and declarations.

Terelyn Crystals procures crystals only from suppliers who represent and declare that their goods are natural. Our “100% natural” description is based on those industry-standard trade representations, visual inspection, and non-destructive gem trade practices.

Important industry fact: 
Absolute geological origin verification requires destructive laboratory testing. This is not done for retail gemstones globally.

Therefore:

Terelyn Crystals shall not be held liable in the event any upstream supplier provides inaccurate, incomplete, misrepresented, or false information regarding material natural origin.

Non-Disclosure of Supply Chain & Origin Information
Terelyn Crystals does not disclose the identity, source country, mine location, supplier names, or supply chain details of our crystals or stones. Such information is confidential commercial trade information and will not be released.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• No two natural stones are identical
• Appearance differences (pattern / colour / clarity / inclusions) are normal
• Product photos are representations & not exact replicas
• Natural variations are not defects & not grounds for return / exchange / refund

3. Bracelet Policy

• Bracelets are sold according to wrist size, with no spare beads provided.

• Crystal spacers may be included for slight adjustments, selected by Master Terelyn.

• Product images or showroom pieces may not reflect the exact bead count.

4. Delivery Methods 

• Self-collection: Prior to departing our premises, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their acquisitions. Once products have been received and depart our office, they are ineligible for return or exchange. Items not collected within 180 days will be subject to Terelyn Crystals' discretion, which may include recycling or disposal of the product.

• Delivery: Every product undergoes stringent quality control measures and is handpicked by Master Terelyn. While we strive for perfection, should you encounter a defective item, kindly provide photographic evidence for assessment. Final adjudication rests with our management team. 5. Return and Refund Policy

• We do not provide refunds for sold items.
• In rare approved defect cases where no replacement is available, store credit may be issued.

6. Discrepancies and Disputes

In instances of discrepancies or disputes, the decision rendered by Terelyn Crystals shall be conclusive and binding.

7. Confidentiality Clause

At Terelyn Crystals, we respect your privacy and understand the sensitive nature of personal wishes and issues. All information provided in the "Add order note" section, including specific problems or wishes, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We ensure that your personal details and intentions remain private and secure.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, product descriptions, images, graphics, audio etc.) is the intellectual property of Terelyn Crystals and protected under international copyright.

9. Limitation of Liability & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Crystals and stones are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

We do not claim or guarantee:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Singapore.

Terelyn Crystals reserves the prerogative to revise or amend any aspect of these terms and conditions. Continued engagement with our website or purchase of our products constitutes implicit acceptance of such modifications.
