Yes! Every crystal purchase comes with one complimentary crystal workshop (worth $120), specific to the crystal you've chosen.

We open each class once there are 30 participants for that specific crystal. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a WhatsApp message to register.

Each crystal product qualifies for one free class, so if you’ve bought multiple different crystals, you’ll be entitled to the number of workshops based on the quanity you purchased.

To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Our team will assess your case and guide you through the return process. Returns must be received by Terelyn Crystals within 10 days of receiving your return request.

For self-collected items, you are responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before leaving our premises. Once products have been received and left our office, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Yes, items that are not defective or damaged, and those that have been received and left our premises, are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method, only store credits.
